RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your GV Swim purchase.Bikinis
Bikinis may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Item must be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Personalized Tote Bags
Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all personalized tote bag sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Tanning Butters
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, tanning butters cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once opened or used.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all eligible returns and exchanges.
GV Swim will provide a complimentary return shipping label only if the item arrives damaged,
defective, or if the incorrect item was received.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• Any visible damage or defect
Once reviewed, GV Swim will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
